    Diego Russo

    Diego Russo is a CPython core developer and Head of Software Engineering on Arm's Runtimes team, based in Cambridge (United Kingdom). He has been using Python since 2006 and contributing to CPython since 2023, focusing on interpreter performance, JIT-related work, continuous integration infrastructure, and ensuring that CPython and its ecosystem run reliably and efficiently on Arm platforms. His work sits at the intersection of runtime engineering, performance engineering, and large-scale open source collaboration. Diego is also an EuroPython organizer and leads the Arm Python Guild, an internal community of over 1,400 Python developers working across the company.

    Mia Bajić

    I'm a software engineer with roots in developer experience and the data domain. I've built backend systems, SDKs, and beautiful web apps, and am most energized when shipping things that make someone else's work meaningfully easier and better. I'm also the Vice Chair of the EuroPython Society, the non-profit behind the EuroPython conference, and I'm involved in organizing tech events in Prague. Outside of work, I also host Behind the Commit, a YouTube podcast featuring conversations with people shaping open source across Europe and beyond.

    Maria Jose Molina-Contreras

    Biotechnologist by training and data scientist. She has spent years developing real-world applied solutions, especially in Sustainability and Agriculture. She's passionate about experimenting and inventing at the intersection of hardware, AI, ethics, security, and biology. She contributes to the Python community as an organizer for PyLadiesCon, EuroPython, and Python en Español.
